Okay, this morning I got busy and baked some Christmas cookies. I have really scaled down the seasonal baking just making a few holiday cookies just for me. Usually I make all the traditional recipes, which include: Swedish Spritz cookies, Fruitcake, Divinity, Popcornballs, Cinnamon hard candy and a few other goodies thrown in.
This year it's just a dozen simple coookies just for me. Well, I do have to share with Peanut and Beanie. They love any goody I give them. Next year I hope to be under a swaying palm tree on a beach far far away. I'll light up an island twig and call it good for Christmas.
