It looks like Tweetybird is all done laying her eggs. We have 4 tiny eggs and now we wait. All I can say is that Tweetybird and Sir Lord of Basalt are very good parents so far. Mamma isn't off her nest for very long, just long enough to take her bath and eat. Some days she will fly around the cage just to get her excercise. The male Canary watches every move and picks at the nest to clean it. It really is something to watch these two birds keep house and begin their family.
It will be another week or so before I know if anything is going to pop out of the four eggs. Stay tuned.
