My tiny little bell pepper I just couldn't toss in the trash as I was cleaning up my green house, so I stuck it in a pot and brought it inside. I also saved the last of my herbs to have a few 'fresh' herbs to cook with. The herbs hanging up are drying to be added to my already mason jars filled with dried herbs for the winter. I have several jars completely filled now and I will use them all thoughout the months ahead.

The raspberry bushes have been trimmed and the vegetable garden has been cleared out of all the foods that froze or just didn't make it. I had a good year of fresh food I planted with my two hands. It was a lot of work, but fun too. All yard decor has been gathered up and put away for winter and even though the yard looks bare I still see so much nature with all the beautiful fall colors.
